Under What Do You Do This...

Picture it: Under what authority do you do this a pharisee asked a disciple? The disciple answered and said, Jesus. It is just as the verse says in Matthew 10:19 (ESV) which says, Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. 27 And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.” Mark 1:27 ESV. If we lay down our lives, pick up our cross, and become a disciple of Jesus, we have been given that power. But why do we walk like we are scared all the time when evil comes, and the devil tries to knock us off our perch? Storms come and we are like I do not know what to do or like I feel defeated or I can't handle this. But instead of that we are to have authority just like It has been given to us. We are to walk in authority not on our own accord But in God's.

We are to walk and talk like we have authority. God talks about moving mountains. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Mark 11:23 ESV.

God talks about casting out demons. The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” Luke 10:17

God talks about healing. And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction. Matthew 10:1 ESV.

God talks about the devil/evil to flee. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 ESV

God talks about overcoming sin. 4 For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4 ASV.

We have authority over all these things and more Just like the 12 disciples had in the New Testament.

Today walk like you have authority and Let God do the rest!!! for he will he does not foe=orske those that are for Him. Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV.
