Lies, deceit, and misinformation are now becoming the norm. Pastor asking for money because they know the end day for us. People who want the best for you on the outside but really want to do harm on the inside. Jealousy and greed as well are what is going on today. So much news is not real but fake. The age of misinformation is happening right now. Celebrities saying and doing things they shouldn't be doing worse than before. Sin becoming the norm in the world. 2 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. 2 Peter 2:1-3 ESV. The things I mentioned above is not from me but from the Bible and the verse above is an example of that with greed.
More evidence is found in Revelation 22:18-19 (ESV) which says, I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. Even more evidence of this is found in Matthew 7:15 (ESV), “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 ESV. This verse says the devil himself will disguise himself as an angel of light. What more evidence do you need on this subject of wolves in sheep's clothing.
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 2 Timothy 4:3 ESV
The time is now folk!!! The world is only getting eviler.
What the world thinks is this is all ok and accept all that is going on in the world today. The world feeds lies, and they believe they are true. The world turns its back on God and that is ok. The world glorifies sin instead of God. The world puts hope in people who fail us. The world is not of God but of the devil. We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. 1 John 5:19 ESV.
Tomorrow we will look at what the Bible thinks on this subject. We already know a lot by what was presented today about what the Bible says but tomorrow we will go even deeper.
