Psalm 8:1 & 9

8 O Jehovah, our Lord, How excellent is thy name in all the earth,

Who hast set thy glory upon the heavens! Psalm 8:1 ASV

O Jehovah, our Lord,

9 How excellent is thy name in all the earth! Psalm 8:9 ASV

Jehovah means God.

In the NASB it says, O Lord, our Lord, 

How majestic is Your name in all the earth,

You who have displayed Your splendor above the heavens! Psalm 8:1

Majestic instead of excellent and displayed instead of set.

This set the beginning and end of Psalm 8.

5 Be exalted above the heavens, God;
May Your glory be above all the earth. Psalm 57:5 

11 Be exalted above the heavens, God;
May Your glory be above all the earth. Psalm 57:11 

4 The Lord is high above all nations;
His glory is above the heavens. Psalm 113:4 

13 They are to praise the name of the Lord,
For His name alone is exalted;
His majesty is above earth and heaven.  Psalm 148:13
