His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7. How to Glorify God When You Have Emotion? Today's emotion is anxiety. 

We all get anxiety from time to time, some get it more than others but it's a fact of life, we will get it at some point. To be clear is there a level of anxiety that is good no not at all. it can lead to all kinds of bad things which can lead to sin. The devil likes it when we have anxiety it keeps him happy because when we have anxiety it keeps us from God. 

As I said it is a fact of life. We need that money to come, I have no food today, I hope there are no crazy drivers today on the road. It can be anything that goes on in your life that can cause you to have anxiety. even the devil can cause you to have anxiety. So, what do we do to get rid of this anxiety, so we can glorify God?

The answer is simple, and it is to do what it says in Philippians Don't worry (have anxiety) about anything, instead pray about everything, and tell God your needs and then thank him for those needs. Let Him have all your worries and cares, for He is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you." I Peter 5:. In the last verse, it talks about the same thing that we should give up (pray) worries and cares to Him. so to glorify Him we are not to have anxiety we are to give it up to him and praise Him and know that he will take care of it.

remember what I have been saying throughout this series and that is though emotion comes in the night, joy comes in the morning. Yes, having anxiety is a negative emotion and we are not to have those if we want a life with God. We cannot keep these negative emotions like anxiety and worship God.

So cast your care onto God and let him fight it for you!!!!!!!!
