10 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with Jesus and his disciples. 11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Teacher with the publicans and sinners? Matthew 9:10-11. 15 but sanctify in your hearts Christ as Lord: being ready always to give answer to every man that asketh you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, yet with meekness and fear: 1 Peter 3:15. We need to ready to walk across the aisle and tell and give testimony to the gospel, to the reason we believe in Jesus. we need to be ready to bring people to Christ. over the next 4 days, I will be posting the bible verses above and a question about a certain person and asking what kind of person in mind you have for that day and to pray for them. so that you can walk across the aisle and proclaim the good news to them and invite them to sit at your table (Imagine/ not real). It can be real if you would like it to be and take it literally. what would your table look like if it were real?
We need to reach people just like Jesus did and walk across the aisle and proclaim the good news. after the 4 days are up, I will talk about how to walk across the aisle so you can fill your table. So today think about who you want to bring to your table and have a feast? Come back each day and then pray for that person.
Day one will be: tax collector or the equivalent today
Day two will be: a sinner
Day three will be: a harlot or someone who is dealing with things like that male or female in today's time
Day four will be: someone who is sick
Then come back to how to walk across the aisle as I said.
Bible verses taken from the ASV.
Have a blessed day!!!!!
