Today we will continue talking about how we can apply hymns to our lives. Today we will talk about Researching hymns on your music app of your choice. This may seem easy and like dah but for a lot of people in a world surrounded by non-Christian music they tend to go towards to what surrounds them. So, it takes effort to seek out hymns and listen to them.
I have a hymn playlist on my iPhone, and I am constantly looking for new hymns to download and listen to. I Don't just download anything with the reminisce of a hymn, but I actually listen to it and made sure it is a hymn. the version that I listen to may not be the original or have all the words that the original had but it matches up with the original. You can just look up hymns on the internet and see if they are a hymn and lyrics somewhat match the song. These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. acts 17:11. Just like the verse says we need to find if they use but let's put hymns in there and find if these hymns, we research are so.
Don't just take a hymn to be a hymn because it says hymn in its title of the song or in the title of an album or artist. There are many ways to look at and research hymns. I look at the internet as I said as well look at hymnals in my collection. I also look at artists to see if they have a hymn album and if they do look at it and see if it matches up with hymns that I know or have seen. I do not know all the hymns.

Thank you and praise you for you being the king of kings, the great I am
Jesu help me and guide me to find hymns that are of your Kingdom and faith
Let me not be led down the wrong path when looking up hymns
In all things, you are great and glorious
use these hymns that I research and download to help to glorify You and Your Kingdom
