To start off this series we will to the Bible about living for today not tomorrow.
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:34 NKJV
24 24 This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24 NKJV
13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Hebrews 3:13 NKJV
2 For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2 NKJV
18 “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Isaiah 43:18 NKJV
3 For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles—when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries. 1 Peter 4:3 NKJV
Are you starting to see a pattern? We are not to worry or think about tomorrow according to the Bible. We are not to dwell on or think of the past either.
We are to live for today and today alone.
So, the first thing to live as a Christian in a 24/7 world is to live for today and today alone!!!
