A Song Leading to Mind Blown...

 Last night I was listening to Talking to Jesus by Elevations and Maverick City. This idea hit me, it blew my mind, and it was awe-inspiring. As I was listening to the song the scene from Bruce Almighty where he is talking to what they presented as God and they were walking about the voices in the head and the guy playing God was saying those are prayers son but there are so many and the guy who plays God say those are only your street, I wanted to start you off small. Imagine if we had to listen to all the prayers that God hears, we would go mad, and our minds would blow up because it would be overwhelming.

But this is what blew my mind God hears all of our prayers just like He is only talking/listening to one person. He hears all prayers clearly. How many people pray a minute can you imagine listening to all of them and knowing what each one said? Yes, I can because I know the God that I serve. God can handle it all, we as humans cannot handle it. I cannot think of any other God that can do this or claim to do this.

The God of the universe wants to hear our prayers and wants us to talk to Him. He can take all the prayers and listen and understand them all at the same time.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelations 3:20 ASV

14 And this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: 15 and if we know that he heareth us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15 ASV.

17 I cried unto him with my mouth,
And he was extolled with my tongue.
18 If I regard iniquity in my heart,
The Lord will not hear:
19 But verily God hath heard;
He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 Blessed be God,
Who hath not turned away my prayer,
Nor his lovingkindness from me. Psalm 66:17-20 ASV

12 For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
And his ears unto their supplication:
But the face of the Lord is upon them that do evil. 1 Peter 3:12 ASV

Take time to dwell and think about what I have shared today!!! And then be reminded what kind of God that we serve, one that hears and listens to us like we were one one-on-one.
