11 He must turn away from evil and do good;

Verse 11
From what I researched it does not tell me who he is specifically. One referred to King David.
He could mean husbands as that is what was talked about in the above verses.
But the NIV says they.
I believe this a word to them at the time and for us today to turn from evil and do good.
We must seek peace and pursue it.
14 Turn from evil and do good;
Seek peace and pursue it. Psalm 34:14
Verse 12
It goes on to further say the eyes of the lord are on those who are righteous.
And then it says His ears will hear their prayers.
But for those who are evildoers the Lord's face is turned against them.
15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous,
And His ears are toward their cry for help. Psalm 34:15
Verse 13
Who can harm you if you are doing good meaning God will protect you if you do good.
7 When a person’s ways are pleasing to the Lord,
He causes even his enemies to make peace with him. Proverbs 16:7
Verse 14
But even if you are righteous, you still may suffer but do not be afraid of their intimidation and don't be in dread.

Verse 15
Tell us what we are to do instead:
We are to have Jesus in our hearts, be ready to tell people who we have hope in with respect and gentleness.
