Since we know and have seen the goodness of God., How can we be quiet? How Can we be silent about what God has done for us and for what He will do for us? How can we not just want to roll down our window and shout about God from the end of the earth? Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! Psalm 98:4 ESV. In day and age when Jesus is not something you talk about, why do we talk about sin rather than Jesus? This is because this world is evil and is going to get more evil. They want to shove sin in our faces like pride, abortion, having sex as you want, and such things like these. But instead of doing what the world is doing or wants, we need to do as the verse in Mark 16:15 which says, And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. We are not to be silent if we called ourselves Christ followers.
In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel. 1 Corinthians 9:14 ESV. Do I do this and proclaim the good news to all nations. No, I do not do this, but in a world that wants more and more to have nothing to do with Jesus, we need to not be silent about Jesus. In my heart and in my mind, I want to do this, but I never make a leap to the other side or cross the bridge and do this. This is the time we need as Christians to stand up and shout the name of Jesus to the world. To me this goodness of God is just too good to keep to myself, I do not know about you. If you don't proclaim about Him, how will people know you are a Christian or even more that they need to be saved to go to heaven rather than hell.
Today let's make a proclamation, a declaration, a statement, or a challenge to Shout/proclaim the good news of Christ to all the people you encounter throughout your day.
Are you with me?
If so, take up your Bible and as you go throughout your do as it says in the verse in Mark and Matthew (Which is Below) proclaim the gospel.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 28:19-20 KJV
9 Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: 20 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you [e]always, even unto [f]the end of the world. Matthew 28:-19 ASV
